Our Staff have been trained and certified by Blaupunkt in Servicing and Repairing their products. We utilize the latest test equipment and maintain an extensive inventory of factory original parts. You can expect fast turnaround and your unit fixed right the first time! We have been in business since 1976 and are ISO 9001:2000 certified and a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1985.

If you experience any difficulty with any Blaupunkt product within or outside the warranty period, please call us at (800) 562-5978 and press "5" for service when connected, or e-mail us at info@midwestelectronics.com. Our Blaupunkt Authorized service department is open weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CST).

In Warranty Repairs:
Midwest Electronics is the only factory authorized warranty Service Center for Blaupunkt equipment in the United States. To obtain warranty service, please ship your product prepaid along with proof of purchase, detailed description of all symptoms and your contact information to our repair center (see address below). An RMA number is NOT required.

Out of Warranty Repairs
Midwest Electronics offers repair service for all out-of-warranty Blaupunkt products. We are unable to provide any Estimates without first inspecting your unit which is why we offer a FREE ESTIMATES on all repairs that are sent to our workshop (see address below). Please ensure that you give us full details and a clear description of the fault and include your Code number where necessary.

Once we have received your unit, one of our engineers will determine the fault and we will contact you with the repair cost. We aim to do this within 1 business day of receiving your returned product. An RMA number is NOT required.

If you decide to proceed with the repair, prepayment will be required. The repair is usually completed within 1 business day. If you decline our Estimate, we will only charge a return shipping fee so that the product can be sent back to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

In our large workshops we employ only reliable and conscientious technicians who are trained by Blaupunkt, so with all that space and expertise on hand we can service your product quickly – so quickly, in fact, you won’t mind waiting while we work on your product.

Repairs Warranty
All services performed by Midwest Electronics and any parts replaced are fully guaranteed for 90 days. Not included are: improper connection/usage, modifications, physical damage, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized service or damage attributable to acts of God, removal and re-installation.

Repairs Turnaround
Most repairs are completed within one business day (excluding transit). This is possible due to our huge Genuine Blaupunkt Replacement Parts inventory, ensuring one of the quickest turnaround times in the industry.

Advance Exchanges:
