All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Orders received after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address may be subject to a fraud screening process. This may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be cancelled.

International Shipping
Midwest Electronics accepts orders for delivery worldwide. All orders placed on our website are processed in U.S. dollars.

Delivery charges do not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at time of delivery. All international orders are subject to approval prior to us shipping your order.

 
Returns
You may return an item for any reason within 30 days, provided it is returned in the same condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all open or damaged boxes, plus any missing accessories. The customer is responsible for UPS shipping and insurance cost for all returns.

Midwest Electronics will refund the purchase price for any product returned for credit within the time and manner stated above, LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. Refunds will be issued for approved returns only. Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment.

To return a product for credit, you first must call our Sales Department to obtain a RA (Return Authorization). RA's are valid for 7 Days from the date of issuance. We will not accept any returns without an RA. The RA number must be written on a copy of your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.

Returns must be sent by UPS or Federal Express prepaid shipping, and insured for the full purchase price. Midwest Electronics is not responsible for any product returned that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the item.
